Platform Status
This page provides a structured operational view of BetonX core services. The current implementation is static but intentionally shaped to support future live status data and incident feeds.
User login, session refresh, SSO completion, and role resolution are operating normally.
Core API availability for projects, analysis workflows, and organization-scoped operations is within expected parameters.
Queued analysis jobs, processing status updates, and results assembly are currently available.
Export URL generation and downloadable report artifacts are responding normally.
Document, artifact, and result-storage services are functioning normally.
Transactional notifications are operating with intermittent provider latency, though core delivery remains available.
Overall status
BetonX core platform services are currently available. This status page is structured to communicate service-by-service health, incident context, and maintenance visibility in a format familiar to enterprise users and operational teams.
How to interpret service indicators
- Operational means the service is available and performing within expected thresholds.
- Degraded indicates reduced performance or partial functionality that may affect some workflows without a full outage.
- Outage indicates a service disruption that materially affects one or more user-critical functions.
Maintenance and communications
Planned maintenance and notable incidents should be communicated here with timestamps, affected components, user impact, and resolution progress. As live status integration is added later, this page can be extended to pull real-time service data without restructuring the UI.
Incident History
Recent incidents and maintenance activity are listed below in a format that can later be wired to a live status feed.
Outbound transactional email processing experienced elevated provider latency for approximately 38 minutes. Core platform access was unaffected and delayed notifications were delivered after backlog recovery.
Short maintenance window to optimize report artifact storage indexing. Export generation remained available, though some direct download URLs took longer than usual to resolve.
A temporary queue slowdown increased analysis completion times for a subset of jobs. Status updates and existing results remained available throughout the event.
